II. 1898: From a Workshop to a Century of Langjiu
Langjiu's history traces back to 1898, during the Qing Dynasty's Guangxu era, when a small workshop called "Huichuan" began brewing in Erlang town. No one could have imagined that 120 years later it would grow into a benchmark brand of Chinese jiangxiang baijiu.

- Raised on Tianbao Peak: new spirits rest in open-air clay jars for years, maturing through sun, rain and the changing seasons.
- Nurtured in the clay-jar library: beneath Tianbao Peak, tens of thousands of clay jars stand in ranks; their micro-oxygen environment softens and enriches the spirit.
- Hidden in Tianbao Cave: Langjiu's natural cellar, with constant temperature, constant humidity and rich microbiology. Cave-aged base spirits develop a unique "cave-aged aroma".
